I never thought the day would come the I would own my OWN house!!! Erik and I started looking at house in September (right in the middle of planning the wedding) I swear we looked at over 15 houses. We decided to take a break from looking and enjoy our marriage.
After we finished with all the wedding festivities we deiced to start looking again. Our realtor had 3 houses for us to look at and the very first house we walked into we knew that this was the house that we were going to start are new life together and a family.
The process for an FHA loan is stressful. It took about 7 1/2 weeks to finally sign on the papers. So on November 21st we became official HOMEOWNERS!!!!!
The inside of our house is BEAUTIFUL it has four bedrooms with hardwood floors in ALL bedrooms. Two living rooms (one up & one down). A HUGE party deck in the backyard with a half basketball court and a decent size yard. Oh and the most important a garage for my HARLEY!!
I truly love this house and can't wait to spend many years in it.
